How do you authenticate watches?
Before a watch is listed we check that its serial number and reference match the model and year, inspect the case, dial, hands and bracelet, and examine the movement. We also check its papers against the watch. Anything we can't verify to our satisfaction isn't sold.
How do you value my watch?
We look at current market prices for the exact reference, its condition and age, and whether it comes with its box and papers. You'll get a clear figure, not a range.
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer. Once we have verified your watch, the money is sent within 24 hours.
Can I part-exchange?
Yes. We can value your watch and put that amount towards one from the collection. Send us the details of your watch through the valuation form, mention the watch you're interested in, and we'll come back with a figure.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
We don't offer our own warranty. Instead, every watch is inspected and authenticated before sale, comes with its papers, and is described honestly so you know exactly what you are buying. We're happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing first.
Can I see a watch before buying?
Yes. Private viewings are by appointment only. Send us an enquiry through the contact form and we'll confirm a time and the location with you.
